SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an apparatus for displacing a movable tube in the direction of a seal. The presented apparatus comprises a pneumatic drive (100) containing a membrane plate (106), a body (112) of the strap, and a tube (122). The tube supplies a fluid medium under pressure between the body of the strap and the membrane plate, wherein the first end (124) of the tube passes through the first packing seal in the membrane plate, forming a seal on the outer surface of the tube, and the second end (126) of the tube passes through the second packing seal in the body of the strap, forming a seal on the outer surface of the tube. The first end of the tube has a first cross-sectional area larger than the second cross-sectional area of the second end of the tube in order to displace the tube toward the body of the strap during operation of the pneumatic drive.

EFFECT: tube is prevented from slipping off the second packing seal.
