FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium, producing a purine nucleotide, and to a method for producing a purine nucleotide using said microorganism. Proposed is a microorganism Corynebacterium stationis producing a purine nucleotide and exhibiting increased productivity for a purine nucleotide, wherein the protein consisting of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 is inactivated. Wherein the purine nucleotide is at least one purine nucleotide selected from the group consisting of 5'-inosine monophosphate (IMP) and 5'-xanthosine monophosphate (XMP). Also proposed are a method for producing a purine nucleotide using said microorganism and a method for increasing the production of a purine nucleotide.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the productivity of purine nucleotides.
