SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polynucleotide having promoter activity, a recombinant microorganism containing it, and a method of producing purine nucleotides using said microorganism. Disclosed is a polynucleotide having novel promoter activity, wherein in the polynucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 (1) 143th nucleotide is replaced with thymine (T); (2) 189th nucleotide is replaced with thymine (T); or (3) 143th nucleotide is replaced with thymine (T) and 189th nucleotide is replaced with thymine (T). Also disclosed is a recombinant microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium for producing purine nucleotides, containing said polynucleotide functionally related to a gene coding the target protein. Also disclosed is a method of producing purine nucleotides, involving cultivation of said recombinant microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium in a medium.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain purine nucleotides with high output.
