FIELD: medicine; orthopedic dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry; it is intended for use in the direct reconstruction of complete removable plate prostheses with the formation of a volumetric edge of a prosthesis, according to an anatomical shape of a dome of a transitional fold. A ledge is made at an angle of 90° around the entire perimeter of the prosthesis and self-hardening plastic dough is applied in the second stage of swelling and fixing in the patient's oral cavity, characterized in that the vestibular surface of a prosthesis base, artificial teeth and interdental spaces, and the distal surface of the prosthesis are pre-coated with an insulating layer, then holes are formed in the vestibular surface, after which the ledge is performed at an angle of 90°, then the entire inner surface of the prosthesis is treated in a sandblaster and covered with monomer or adhesive.

EFFECT: invention allows for good fixation and stabilization of the removable prosthesis.
