SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing a base with an occlusal roller for determining the central ratio of the jaws in the complete absence of teeth. Directly in the patient's oral cavity, a base with a bite template is made from a silicone impression material, while an impression is taken from the patient's upper jaw, the impression is removed from the impression spoon, after which the outer edges of the impression are cut with a scalpel to create an occlusal roller and the central ratio of the jaws is determined.
EFFECT: significant reduction in the time of manufacturing removable dentures in the absence of teeth, the possibility of a more accurate determination of the central ratio of the jaws in the absence of teeth.
