FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular, to bioreactor apparatuses for cultivating aerobic microorganisms. The bioreactor comprises a confuser body with a bottom and a cylindrical container - a cover, a central confuser funnel placed coaxially to the body, a blade stirrer, a gas microbubble generator containing a disk with distribution dies and a contour along the profile of the funnel, connected with the stirrer. The blade stirrer is located at the base of the funnel, configured for a liquid culture medium to be supplied under the stirrer. The profile of the funnel is tapered upward and coupled with a the container - the cover, and the base is raised above the bottom of the bode, bringing the cavities of the funnel and the body into communication and ensuring circulation of the gas-liquid culture medium inside the reactor and phase saturation of the culture medium with microorganisms. The gas-air medium is introduced under the disk of the generator, and the saturated culture medium is collected at the bottom along the perimeter of the bottom by laminar gas lifting of the culture medium. The generated microbubbles raise the culture medium by laminar gas lifting, wherein phase absorption of gaseous nutrients by the microorganisms occurs.
EFFECT: increase in the saturation of the culture medium with microorganisms due to the increase in the level of dispersion of the gas phase, laminar movement of the medium, increase in the contact surface area of the gas-liquid phases and the duration of interphase absorption of gaseous nutrients by the microorganisms.
