FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an ultrasonic flow meter. A flow meter feature is that a profile of a cross-section of measuring channel (18) is formed by hydraulic molding, wherein measuring channel (18) has niches (10a, 10b) for sensors (6, 8) placed in communication elements (2, 4). Niches are located in two inclined walls of a roof-shaped thickening of the measuring channel.
EFFECT: providing the surface layer with a thinner structure, so that less turbulence occurs in the area of the measuring channel, as well as facilitating the positioning and orientation of sensors compared to the straight measuring channel without thickening.
