FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of complex oxides based on praseodymium nickelite, which can be used as air electrodes for medium-temperature electrochemical devices, such as solid oxide fuel cells, electrolyzers and sensors. Method involves using precursors initial salts Pr(NO3)3*6H2O, Ni(NO3)2*6H2O and Co(NO3)2*6H2O, mixture of which is heated to 70 °C to obtain a melt, brought to a homogeneous solid solution, and then annealed at 1,150 °C for 5 hours.
EFFECT: simpler synthesis of complex oxides based on praseodymium nickelite doped with cobalt, while reducing the time for high-temperature treatment of the obtained oxide.
