SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing drinking water, characterised by involving consecutive stages of implementation of the process: collecting water from a natural source, allowing the water to settle with the access of air oxygen in the container with a volume of 20 to 40 m³ for 7 hours, treating the water by passing the water through an apparatus provided with both an external and an internal cylinder, water passes through the central cavity of the apparatus from the supply pipe, is twisted by counter flows in the spiral of the apparatus and the magnetic pipe, and processing further with fullerenes by passing the water through a cylindrical apparatus containing an internal cylinder with holes, whereto the preliminarily prepared source water with hydrated fullerenes C₆₀HyFn is periodically added until a solution of fullerenes C₆₀HyFn with a concentration of 2*10^-20 mol/l is produced, then the liquid film flows through the film water flow former down the inner surface of the cylindrical body, which is the external electrode, wherein the liquid film is twisted by counter flows around the internal electrode, wherein the water is treated by cold plasma, then the resulting water is poured.

EFFECT: implementation of the invention expands the range of drinking water and also allows for an increase in the storage life of the resulting water.
