FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining drinking water has been proposed, the said method includes taking water from a natural source, purifying it from solid impurities and processing it first by passing the water through a cavitation apparatus at a temperature of 5–25°C, and then flow magnetic treatment is carried out in an apparatus, which is a magnetic tube with a diameter of 5–20 cm, through which water flows at a speed of 0.2–3.0 m/s, after which the treated water is centrifuged for 36 hours, then 650–750 ml of water obtained after centrifugation is taken and mixed with 90–110 g of edible turmeric powder, the resulting solution is allowed to settle for 3 days, then 500 ml of the resulting solution is drained without sediment and then diluted with the same water obtained after centrifugation, until the concentration of the solution of food turmeric in the specified water is 10-18 mol/l.
EFFECT: invention ensures an increase in the biological value of soft drinks, an increase in the effectiveness of targeted preventive and health-improving effects on the human body by imparting antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties to them, and an increase in the shelf life of the drink.
