SUBSTANCE: oligosaccharide composition is proposed, which is characterized by the presence of the following distribution of types of glycoside bonds: at least 1 mol.% of α-(1,3) glycoside bonds, at least 1 mol.% of β-(1,3) glycoside bonds, at least 15 mol.% of β-(1,6) glycoside bonds and less than 20 mol.% of α-(1,4) glycoside bonds. At least 10 wt.% per dry substance of the oligosaccharide composition has a degree of polymerization of at least 3.
EFFECT: invention provides a composition with required properties.
