FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of macromolecules consisting of monosaccharide or oligosaccharide links. Disclosed is a method for synthesis of macromolecules consisting of links, which are monosaccharides or derivatives of monosaccharides, by successive chain elongation by a monomer or oligomer having at least two functional groups, where at the first step, the monomer or the terminal link of the oligomer is anchored by the anchor molecule, followed by removal of the protective group, leaving a free functional group, to which a second monomer or oligomer is then bonded, which may contain a free functional group protected by a protective group, wherein said anchor molecule contains a polyolefin chain, or a polyolefin oligomer, or polyalken with at least 10 to 50 monomer links, said polyolefin chain is a branched chain and preferably a polyisobutene chain; as well as use of said method for synthesis of oligonucleotides or oligosaccharides.
EFFECT: simplification of the method for synthesis of macromolecules consisting of monosaccharide or oligosaccharide links, with reduced effect on the environment.
