FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to structural components and auxiliary devices of braking systems. Method of main and auxiliary air supply of vehicle with compressor driven by means of electric motor, for filling one main air tank consists in the following. Compressed air for preparation for operation by means of switching valve is supplied to auxiliary air reservoir connected to pneumatic actuating drive. Besides, compressed air is supplied by means of switching valve to the main air reservoir. Vehicle is supplied with power from the first and second power sources. Wherein said pneumatic actuator is actuated by compressed air due to the fact that at this stage the compressor motor is supplied from the second power source. Switching valve is in form of traveling valve 3/2 or in the form of traveling valve 2/2. Versions of device for main and auxiliary air supply of vehicle are also disclosed.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing controlled discharge of auxiliary air for preparation for operation of vehicle.
