SUBSTANCE: said technical result is achieved by the fact that in the bandwidth resource configuration method, calibration can be performed, when the base station and the UE have conflicting views on the operating resource of the UE bandwidth. Method includes: transmitting, by a base station, first UE-specific information of a certain UE to said UE in the initial working resource of the UE bandwidth and sending, by the base station, information on the target working bandwidth resource of said UE to said UE in the UE bandwidth calibration resource of said UE, wherein the target bandwidth resource of the UE is used by the base station to transmit second UE-specific information of said UE to said UE, and the initial working resource of the UE bandwidth is not completely similar to the UE bandwidth calibration resource.

EFFECT: providing a network device and a terminal with a consistent view of the operating resource of the terminal (UE) bandwidth.
