FIELD: textile industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pultrusion method for impregnating continuous fibers. The pultrusion method for impregnating continuous fibers, continuous bundles of fibers (rovings) or textile semi-finished products (1) is carried out using melted thermoplastic or using liquid reactive resin (9) to obtain profiles reinforced with fibers. In this case, i) continuous fibers, continuous bundles of fibers or textile semi-finished products (1) are extended in and through closed channel (2) of injection box (3). Melted thermoplastic or liquid reactive resin (9) are supplied to channel (2) of injection box (3) to impregnate continuous fibers, continuous bundles of fibers or textile semi-finished products (1). Impregnated continuous fibers, continuous bundles of fibers or textile semi-finished products from closed channel (2) of injection box (3) are extended to chamber (4) of temperature-controlled tool (10) for cooling melted thermoplastic or for curing reactive resin to form a profile reinforced with fibers. The profile reinforced with fibers is extended from chamber (4). In this case, internal pressure (p) in the area of outlet (5) of channel (2) is adjusted due to the fact that the cross-section of inlet (6) of channel (2) is changed by means of varying the angle of inclination (α, α') of at least one of walls of channel (2) relatively to vertical (7) of the outlet.

EFFECT: adjustment of the pressure in the injection box during the operation by means of changing the opening angle.
