FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: plant includes a roving impregnation chamber, a profiling die, and a heat treatment chamber. The profiling die has an annular cross-section and comprises a mandrel. The roving impregnation chamber is made with an outer cylindrical surface and an inner surface in the form of a straight circular truncated cone with a conicity of 0.01-0.10. There is a plate with openings for the roving entry at the cone base. The diameter of the opening for the output of impregnated roving is 0.45-0.50% larger than the specified outer diameter of the target product. Two coaxial openings for feeding the binder into the impregnation chamber are located on an axis perpendicular to the cone axis.

EFFECT: increasing the strength of the target product and the process productivity.
