FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: damper comprises a movable element with a bearing for rotor support and centering springs in the upper part. The movable element rests hingedly with the lower part thereof in a tank filled with a damping liquid. A sealed cavity filled with a constantly circulating heat carrier abuts against the body.
EFFECT: efficiency of damping the rotor oscillations in a given frequency range is increased, sensitivity of the damper to changes in the ambient temperature is reduced, permissible temperature drop between various elements of the gas centrifuge is increased.
