FIELD: heat-mass exchange devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to contact stages of heat-mass exchange devices for carrying out the rectification process in the petrochemical, chemical, food and other industries. The contact stage of the thermal rectification column consists of a cylindrical housing 1, in which a deflector consisting of a pipe 2 with condensate distributors 3 is vertically installed. The flanged upper plates 4 and lower plates 5, resting on cylindrical bushings 6, are alternately horizontally installed along the height of the housing. On each upper plate 4 there is a central flanged hole 7, and on the lower plate 5 there is a flanged central hole 8, and flanged holes 9 designed for the passage of steam. On the upper plates 4, a collar 10 is made, forming an annular channel 11 for moving the phlegm, with a drain hole 12. Additional flanged holes 13 are made on the upper plates 4, and flanged holes 14 are placed coaxially together on the lower plates. The last lower plate of stage 15 is made without flanging from the end and without an additional flanged hole. At the same time, the ratio of the flanging height of the ends of the plate h to the flanging height of the holes 7, 8, 9 on it h1, equal to h/h1=0.8-0.9, is observed. The ratio of the flanging height h2 of the additional holes on the upper plates to the flanging height of the ends of the plates h is equal to h2/h=0.7-0.9. The ratio of the height of the collar h3 to the height of the flanging of the ends of the plate h is equal to h3/h=1.1-1.5. The ratio of the diameter of the additional hole on the upper plate d1 to the diameter of the additional hole on the lower plate d2 is equal to d1/d2=0.4-0.8.
