FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: wind mechanical device includes upper and lower supports fixed relative to each other, electric generator, windwheel consisting of a hub fixed on the windwheel axis by means of rotary mechanism and blades fixed in it. On upper support on rotary mechanism there installed is a sleeve which freely rotates about vertical upper support. Device is provided with a balance-beam made in the form of two plates between which windwheel axis, shank-counterbalance and electric generator is fixed by means of tension device. On the sleeve there made are lugs in the holes of which there is a hinge; at that, balance-beam is installed with possibility of being swung by means of hinge; blades are rigidly attached to the hub, and hub is connected to electric generator by means of a drive. Electric generator wires to be connected to peripheral devices are output from lower support.
EFFECT: device design is easy-to-assemble, compact, has small weight and can be operated at different wind direction and its force.
