FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to determination of thermophysical characteristics of solid construction materials and can be widely used in various fields of engineering, for example, in heat engineering, construction, and so forth. Method of non-destructive testing of complex of thermophysical characteristics of solid construction materials includes arrangement of sample in device for implementation of method between heater and refrigerator. Temperature measuring sensor and a heat flux density measuring sensor are installed on the outer surface of the analyzed sample on the side of the heater. Analyzed sample is closed from the ends with sealed covers to stabilize temperature and heat flow passing through the analyzed sample. Heater temperature, refrigerator temperature, sample thickness, measurement time are set in the electronic control unit and the device is switched on. Change in temperature and heat flux density on the external surface of the analyzed sample on the side of the heater is measured with a given time interval. Computer of the control unit uses the temperatures of the heater and the cooler and the stationary density of the heat flow on the side of the heater and determines the heat conductivity coefficient and the thermal resistance coefficient using known formulas. Using the obtained experimental data on the temperature of the analyzed sample from the side of the heater, the maximum density of the heat flow from the side of the heater and the time to reach the maximum density of the heat flow, the device calculates the desired thermophysical characteristics of the analyzed sample. Device for implementing the method of non-destructive testing of the complex of thermophysical characteristics of solid building materials comprises an apparatus for testing an analyzed sample, electronic control unit designed to control and calculate thermophysical characteristics, and computer device designed to take readings and calculate thermophysical characteristics. Apparatus for testing the analyzed sample comprises a heater, a cooler between which the analyzed sample is placed. Ends of the analyzed sample are closed on all sides by sealed covers. At the same time, at the middle of the face of the analyzed sample on the side of the heater, a temperature measurement sensor is installed, designed to measure the temperature of the analyzed sample on the side of the heater, and a heat flow sensor for measuring heat flow density from the side of the heater, which are connected to the computer. Besides, a thermocouple mounted on the heater, a thermocouple mounted on the refrigerator and a heat flow sensor mounted on the refrigerator are connected to the electronic control unit. Electronic control unit comprises a control panel with buttons for switching on and off the unit, regulating the preset temperature of the heater, refrigerator and thickness of the analyzed sample, a display for displaying information, a memory unit, a timer and a computing device.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining thermophysical characteristics of construction materials.
