SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to psychology and psychophysiology. A method for simulating acute emotional immobilization stress during pregnancy in an experiment involves immobilization of a Wistar rat and intraperitoneal administration of adrenaline. In the middle of pregnancy, after fixation of Wistar rats, adrenaline is once administered intraperitoneally in dose of 6 mcg/kg, with duration of immobilization after the introduction of adrenaline for 4 hours.
EFFECT: method provides pathogenetically grounded simulation of acute emotional-immobilization stress during pregnancy in experimental conditions.
