SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and biology, to the field of psychophysiology, physiology, pathological physiology. A method for studying the development of insulin resistance in acute emotional-immobilization stress in an experiment includes determining the HOMA-IR index. In this case, for 7 days, the simulation of emotional-immobilization stress is performed daily, and the HOMA-IR index is determined before and after the end of the stress load. With indicators after modeling of emotional-immobilization stress, exceeding the normative indicators recorded before the beginning of the experiment, the development of insulin resistance is revealed by 15.0% or more.
EFFECT: invention provides a study of the development of insulin resistance in acute emotional-immobilization stress in the experiment.
