SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a pharmaceutical industry, namely to a composition for the treatment and/or prevention of psoriasis or psoriasis outbreaks and its use. The use of a probiotic composition contains Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis (B. lactis), Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus in a therapeutically effective amount for the treatment and/or prevention of psoriasis and/or psoriasis outbreaks, where B. lactis is a B. lactis CECT 8145, B. longum is a B. Longum ES1 CECT 7347 and/or L, rhamnosus is a L. rhamnosus CECT 8361. Probiotic composition for the treatment and/or prevention of outbreaks of psoriasis and/or psoriasis, contains a therapeutically effective amount of microorganisms Bifidobacterium animalis subs. lactis (B. lactis), Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus, where B. lactis is a B. lactis CECT 8145, B. longum is a B. longum ES1 CECT 7347 and/or L. rhamnosus is a L. rhamnosus CECT 8361, wherein the concentration of B. longum ES1 CECT 7347, based on the total concentration of microorganisms present in the composition, is at least 30%.
EFFECT: composition is effective for the treatment and/or prevention of psoriasis or psoriasis outbreaks.
