SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to the treatment of skin diseases; it is intended for the use of a probiotic composition containing therapeutically effective amount of Bifidobacterium animalis subspecies lactis (B. lactis), Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus casei for the treatment and/or prevention of atopic dermatitis, wherein the concentration of B. longum is 30-40% relatively to the total concentration of microorganisms present in the composition, the concentration of B. lactis is 30-40% relatively to the total concentration of microorganisms present in the composition, and the concentration of L. casei is 25-35% relatively to the total concentration of microorganisms present in the composition.
EFFECT: technical result of the present invention is obtaining a probiotic composition that modifies the intestinal microbiota of an individual suffering from atopic dermatitis, together with the usual treatment, unexpectedly provides remission and/or improvement in the development of atopic dermatitis outbreaks in an individual.
