SUBSTANCE: steps are provided for: receiving, by the main base station, the NR PDCP configuration and DRB identification information corresponding to the NR PDCP configuration from the secondary base station; and sending, by the main base station, the NR PDCP configuration and the DRB identification information to the terminal, where the main base station and the secondary base station are base stations of different RATs.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining, by means of terminal, NR PDCP configuration in LTE-NR-DC scenario.
