FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communications. Radio station transmits configuration information to the radio terminal. Configuration information indicates, based on the cell-by-cell, at least one specific cell through which the radio terminal is allowed to perform at least one of the data transmission and receiving data on a wireless carrier used for uplink transmission or downlink transmission, or for both types through a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) common layer.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling possibility of eNB in radio communication architecture, which provides tight interaction of two different Radio Access Technologies (RAT), indicate to radio terminal (UE) specific cell, by which UE should perform uplink transmission.
