SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to radiation medicine, and discloses a pharmaceutical composition promoting the removal of radionuclides from the body and levelling the damaging effect of radionuclides on organs and functional systems of the body in accidents characteristic of emissions of nuclear power plants such as Chernobyl or Fukushima, containing mainly iodine isotopes (¹³¹J+¹³²J), caesium (¹³⁴Cs+¹³⁶Cs+¹³⁷Cs) and technetium (¹³²Tc), including thymosin, organic iodine, glycyrrhizin, silymarin and a complex of eleutherosides, as well as the amino acid carnitine, organic compounds of calcium, magnesium and selenium, provitamin beta-carotene, pectin as a carrier of the composition.

EFFECT: excretion of radionuclides and recovery of parenchymal organs, the functions of which are disturbed by the effect of radionuclides; at the same time, it turned out that the critical organs damaged by radionuclides are muscles and a thyroid gland.
