FIELD: mobile technological complexes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile technological complex for the production of solid foam-generating rods. The mobile technological complex for the production of solid foam-generating rods contains a raw material pre-mixing unit and an extruder unit. The complex additionally contains a unit for manufacturing a shape-preserving package designed for manufacturing a shape-preserving polyethylene shell of solid foam-generating rods with a shape and dimensions optimized for use in the process of manufacturing solid foam-generating rods implemented using the technological complex, and which is a device for sealing a polyethylene film marked as necessary by heating. The product is extruded into the specified form-preserving package from the extruder unit through the shaping outlet tube. The raw material pre-mixing unit is connected to the extruder unit through a storage tank. The mobile technological complex is structurally made in the form of separate blocks, providing simplified disassembly, transportation and assembly.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the technology for the production of solid foam-generating rods and ensuring their simultaneous placement in shape-preserving packaging, ensuring the production of rods directly at the place of their use in oil and gas fields.
