FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to roller drawing die with multi-roll pass. Die contains deforming rollers installed by means of bearings on fixed axles, each of which is made with a projection at one end and with a through transverse hole in the projection, through which the end of the neighbouring axis is passed, which is fixed by a fastening joint. At that, under bearings on each axis, on sections between projections of axes there are annular layers, consisting of two wires tightly wound along the length of the cylindrical part of the axis and fixed at its beginning and end, having the shape of a cross section in the form of an isosceles trapezoid, wherein larger bases of first wire touch surface of axle while that of second wire touches inner race of bearings.
EFFECT: obtaining more accurate geometrical dimensions of the manufactured products due to increase in the drawing die rigidity without increase in its weight and dimensions.
