SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to information processing devices, control devices, vehicles and methods of spraying water. Information processing device comprises a data transmission unit and a control unit. Control unit is configured to determine the water spraying location based on the information on the state of the road surface, and is configured to send, by the data transmission unit, to at least one vehicle, passage of which is planned along the intended place of water spraying, communication with command to spray waste water of at least one vehicle.
EFFECT: improved environment due to draining of water from vehicle.
