SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle remote control system and remote control device. Vehicle remote control system comprises a unit for recognizing a situation in a remote control point, configured to recognize a situation in a remote control point on a target route, a time prediction unit configured to predict the start time and the completion time of the remote control operator monitoring the remote control point on the target route, taking into account the vehicle specified speed or the unmanned vehicle speed plan based on the target route and a tracking period distribution unit configured to allocate tracking periods to multiple remote control operators based on start and end time of tracking the situation in remote control points for several unmanned vehicles. Remote control device for transmission by a remote control operator of an unmanned vehicle remote control command in accordance with a situation in which an unmanned vehicle is located.
EFFECT: timely tracking of several unmanned vehicles to one operator.
