SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixing device, in particular a hygienic mixing device for production of food products and pharmaceutical preparations. Mixing device (1) comprises mixing container (2) rotating around first axis (18) of rotation to receive mixed material, which has mixer hole (4) and mixer cover (6), which can reciprocate between an open position and a closed position, wherein mixer cover (6) in the closed position closes mixer hole (4), and in the open position it opens mixer hole (4), wherein the machine stand is provided, in which mixing container (2) is installed with possibility of rotation and to which mixer cover (6) is attached so that mixing container (2) in the closed position of mixer cover (6) is rotatable relative to mixer cover (6) first axis (18) of rotation, wherein on the stand of the machine, preferably, drive (11) is located, designed to perform rotational movement of mixing container (2) around first axis (18) of rotation. Angle of inclination of mixing device (1) can be especially easily set by the user, and the mixing device can be especially easily cleaned and inspected by the user. Machine stand has fixed element and rotary element (8), wherein rotary element (8) is installed with possibility of rotation around axis (20) of rotation relative to fixed element, wherein mixing container (2) is installed with possibility of rotation on rotary element (8), and cover (6) of mixer is attached to rotary element (8).
EFFECT: providing a mixing device with an adjustable angle of inclination for easy cleaning and inspection by the user.
