FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixer arranged inside vessel to intake product to be mixed and to heater arranged there inside. Proposed device allows fast heating of the product, preferably, to temperatures to over 200°C. In compliance with this invention, proposed vessel is made, at least partially, of electrically conducting material while scraper is arranged nearby vessel wall and/or bottom. This heater incorporates at least one coil excited by variable electric field and arranged to vary electromagnetic field at changed current flux in vessel electrically conducting vessel material to induce eddy currents.
EFFECT: continuous vertical component of mixed product flow to up the heating uniformity.
