FIELD: devices and methods of dosing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device and a method for batching ingredients of a mixture, in particular for tyres, as well as to a batching unit. Dispensing device comprises a storage container, a gate housing disposed in the outlet of the storage container, a mixer and at least one scraping surface, for example, having opposite shape relative to spherical surface of gate of gate body. According to method of dosing provided is at least partial opening of outlet hole and measurement of weight of ingredient collected at collection station, to control the angular position of the gate body as a function of the weight of the ingredient collected at the collection station.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures increased accuracy of ingredient dosing.
