SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in dental implantation. An individual dental implant is used for insertion into the jaw, containing: an area facing the occlusal surface, designed to accommodate the restoration or to form an embedded part of the restoration; a pontic that is contoured to mimic the natural gingival margin profile for optimal esthetics; and a lower/apical portion configured to conform to the shape of a natural socket after removal. The individual dental implant includes the following combinations: an individual dental implant made from a material capable of osseointegration; one energy storage device made from the same material as the interior portion of the individual dental implant, wherein the energy storage device is an outer shell, spring, coil, or spike; the protrusion of the individual dental implant is designed to be flexible; The individual dental implant and/or energy storage device is made from a resorbable structural material. The method for preparing an individual dental implant comprises the steps of: receiving three-dimensional data; analyze three-dimensional data; developing a three-dimensional image of an individual dental implant based on the shape of the natural socket after removal, manufacturing an individual dental implant based on the specified development steps.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to ensure the stability of an individual dental implant in a natural recess during osseointegration and the profile of the gingival margin for optimal aesthetics.
