FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods for creating an individual profile of gum eruption during dental implantation. The method includes virtual modeling of an individual gingiva former and an impression coping before the implant is installed. Computed tomography of the maxillofacial area, scanning of the patient's jaw model, and data alignment by reference points are performed. In a computer program, a virtual installation of a missing tooth or a group of teeth takes place. The surgical navigation template is simulated in a computer program. In the CAD program, the gingival cuff former is simulated by separating the subgingival part from a virtually installed tooth on a titanium base. In this program, an individual impression transfer is simulated by simulating a retention element on a virtual gingival cuff former. The physical fabrication of a surgical navigation template, an individual gingival cuff former and an individual impression transfer is performed. The titanium base is connected to the fabricated gingiva former. Clinical placement of a dental implant is performed using a surgical navigation template. A one-stage clinical installation of an individual gingival cuff former is performed. After the osseointegration period, the fixing screw is unscrewed and the gingival cuff former is removed, the impression is taken using an individual impression coping. The model of the patient's jaw is cast with the position of the dental implant and the individually formed gingival eruption profile. Modeling and physical fabrication of the artificial restoration on the implant is carried out on the basis of individually formed gingival contours.
EFFECT: reduction of terms from the moment of osseointegration of the implant to the beginning of its prosthetics.
