OPTICAL LENS Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC G02C7/02 G02C7/08 B29D11/00

Abstract RU 2799407 C2

FIELD: computer-assisted technologies.

SUBSTANCE: computer-assisted method for determining a mould for a lens element includes: providing mould data indicating an initial shape of the mould that corresponds to the shape of the surface of the retaining member and the shape of the optical elements of the lens member, wherein the shape of the optical elements is related to the given optical function; providing a coating mould transformation principle corresponding to the transformations applied to the mould to compensate for modifications to a given optical function of the optical elements carried out during the coating process; and determining the mould shape based on the mould data and the coating mould conversion principle.

EFFECT: preventing or slowing down the development of abnormal refraction of the eye, which would compensate and correct the modification of the properties of the element in the form of a lens as a result of its processing.
