FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of digital data protection. Declared result is achieved by implementing a computer-implemented method of protecting information displayed on a monitor of a computing device (CD), which is performed using a processor and comprising steps of: obtaining information for encoding, containing data on time and date, as well as a user ID and/or CD; obtained information is encoded into a digital mark (DM), wherein the DM is a block consisting of graphic elements, which are arranged in a geometric pattern, wherein the colour of the DM elements is formed in the colour scheme of the monitor, which is an orthogonal basis; substrate is formed with a set level of transparency displayed on the screen of the CD monitor, on which there are digital marks, a configuration and an arrangement scheme.
EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of protection of information on the screen of devices, due to improvement of stability of recognition of embedded digital marks forming a substrate displayed on the screen of an electronic device.
