SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns a method for assessing the efficiency of liver cancer chemotherapy including the study of the blood serum. In patients with liver cancer, after a course of chemotherapy, the level of AFP, VEGF, Endocan is determined in the blood serum. The resulting data of a particular person is entered into the formula ECT=115.98+(0.63A)-(0.73×B)+(3.03×C), where ECT is the efficiency of chemotherapy, A is the level of alpha-fetoprotein in the blood serum (ng/ml), B is the level of VEGF in the blood serum (pg/ml), C is the level of endocan in the blood serum (ng/ml). When the value of ECT is 60 and higher, it is concluded about the high efficiency of chemotherapy, which shows itself in a low risk of progression of the tumor process.

EFFECT: invention provides for high accuracy of the assessment of the efficiency of liver cancer chemotherapy.
