SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for early prediction of the development of renal dysfunction in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma at the stage of induction immunopolychemotherapy. On an empty stomach 2 hours before the immunopolychemotherapy in the blood serum, the concentration of NT-proBNP is determined by the method of immunometric analysis. At a concentration of NT-proBNP ≥ 120 pg/ml the development of renal dysfunction on the second day of induction immunopolychemotherapy is predicted in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of early prediction of the development of renal dysfunction during immunopolychemotherapy in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma by determining the concentration of NT-proBNP in the blood, before the increase in creatinine level in patients during immunopolychemotherapy, which will allow to start earlier measures for timely prevention and treatment of this complication.
