FIELD: processing of heavy oil stock.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heavy oil residue thermal cracking unit, comprising a furnace for heating the feedstock to the required temperature, a remote reactor, a cracking product separation unit, connected to the liquid and gaseous products supply line remote reactor, the initial raw material preheating unit, connected to the compressed air injector-mixer, the whole heated raw material supply line or its part, output of which is connected to the output line of the remaining heated raw material from the heating unit and to the gas-liquid separator for separating waste air from the activated heavy oil residue, output from the bottom of the separator and supplied to the inlet of the furnace for heating to the required temperature. Plant additionally includes two sources of the air-oxygen mixture using two injectors-mixers, one of which is located between the gas-liquid separator and the tubular furnace, and the second one is located between the tubular furnace and the remote reactor, the installation also includes a catalytic cracking section with iron-containing catalysts, as well as the plant includes a return supply system for further processing of heavy products of the primary processing process obtained at the plant, namely fractions 350–450 °C, fuel oil and bitumen, which are again supplied to the inlet of the plant and enter the common line of the initial processed raw material through the preheating unit and the injector-mixer.
EFFECT: intensification of thermal cracking of heavy oil residues, as well as further processing of the obtained heavy products of the primary processing process, namely fractions 350–450 °C, fuel oil and bitumen.
