SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary virology and biotechnology. Described is an agent for preventing COVID-19 for carnivores. Contains an active substance and a target additive, according to the invention, as an active substance, it contains inactivated antigen material from the strain “version B” of the virus SARS-CoV-2 of coronavirus infection, preferably reproduced in a Vero C1008 cell culture and deposited in the collection of strains of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “48 Central Research Institute” of the Ministry of defense of Russia under registration number: 1199 — FGBU "48 TsNII" of the Ministry of defense of Russia, and target additive: 3% aluminum hydroxide gel, taken in volume ratio, %: 50.0÷50.0, respectively, and in amounts providing protective immunogenic activity of the antigen in the body of carnivores after administration of the target preparation.

EFFECT: invention extends the range of products for preventing coronavirus infection.
