SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dusty gas cleaning and can be used in chemical, food and metallurgical industries. Cyclone filter includes a vertical cylindrical housing with a conical bottom equipped with a nozzle for dust removal. It contains a nozzle for supply of dusty gas flow to the device, which is located tangentially to the housing. It also has a cover with a connecting pipe, an exhaust pipe that doubles as a filter and a nozzle for discharge of cleaned gas. Exhaust pipe is a prefabricated structure, partially made from porous material in the form of a filter element, which is concentrically placed inside a shell fixed in the housing in the form of an elliptical cylinder with a gap S, the value of which depends on the required degree of cleaning of the filtering surface.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of filter-cyclone operation and also provides continuous regeneration of filtering surface of exhaust pipe, increased efficiency of dust-gas systems separation due to increase of tangential and axial component of dust particles velocity, compactness of device due to use of working volume for centrifugal cleaning and filtration of dusty gas, simplicity in manufacture and reliability in operation.
