FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dust-collecting technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the cleaning of dusty gases. Invention is aimed to increase efficiency and reliability of dust-collecting process, as well as to reduce metal intensity and vibro-acoustic activity of apparatus as a whole. In a two-stage dust collection unit including a pre-cleaning cyclone of a dust collection system that comprises a body composed of a cylindrical and conical portion, a peripheral gas flow inlet configured as an inlet pipe, and exhaust device comprising exhaust pipe for outlet of purified gas, upper and lower housing having inner cup housed therein with sump and discharge tube, spreader having splitter arranged in exhaust pipe, in exhaust pipe there is filter element consisting of parts that are formed by exhaust pipe and dissipator, fine filter with integrated fire and explosion safety system, each nozzle of the fire safety and fire safety system of the device includes a cylindrical body with a fitting rigidly connected to the body and coaxially located in the upper part of the body and having a cylindrical fluid inlet connected to a diffuser, an axisymmetric body and a fitting, a hollow conical swirler is fixed in the lower part of the cylindrical hole, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes, which are fixed with one end on the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, and the other end – in the annular groove made on the inner surface of the cylindrical hole, on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler a screw through thread is made, and to the body, in its lower part, a sprayer is connected by means of at least three spokes located perpendicular to the axis of the body and made in the form of a solid disk, the disk of the atomizer is formed by two surfaces, one of which is facing the diffuser, a curved surface, and as a line forming this surface is a curve of the n-th order, and the second is the plane, or the disk of the atomizer is formed by two congruent and equidistant surfaces of the n-th order, and the spokes, by which the disk of the sprayer is fixed to the body, are straight or curved in shape.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency and reliability of dust collection process by providing installation with fire-explosion safety system.
