SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil field development technology for residual oil extraction. To implement the method of extracting residual oil contained in the pores of an oil reservoir using pressure varying with low frequency, gas distribution maps are obtained in the reservoir and pressure distribution maps between the injection and production wells at gas injection. Location of the downhole apparatus for the well with low-frequency pressure change in the reservoir is determined based on the gas distribution map in the reservoir and the pressure distribution map between the injection and production wells during gas injection. Injection is performed with periodic increase and decrease of pressure at the specified frequency at the location of the downhole apparatus for the well with low-frequency change of pressure in the reservoir to change the state of distribution of residual oil in the reservoir at the placement location. Residual oil is extracted in the reservoir, the state of distribution of which varies from gas injection well to oil producing well. Disclosed is a downhole apparatus for a well with low-frequency pressure variation, a system for extracting residual oil, a computer device and a computer-readable medium.

EFFECT: increased level of residual oil extraction from reservoir at low-frequency gas injection.
