FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for repair of a coke furnace having a furnace chamber made of ceramic bricks. System comprises an insulated casing made with possibility of introduction into the furnace chamber, and comprises removable insulated panels, which form an inner zone for workers to work therein. Insulated casing is made with possibility of movement between extended configuration and compact configuration, and moving the jacket to the extended configuration will reduce the distance between the insulated jacket and the walls of the furnace chamber. When removing the panels, ceramic bricks are opened, which allows workers in the inner area to access the bricks and repair the furnace chamber while the furnace chamber is still hot. Loading device lifts and inserts the insulated casing into the furnace chamber. Insulated casing can be connected to additional insulated casings to form an elongated inner region.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to repair the furnace without the need for its cooling below the volume stabilization temperature during heating.
