FIELD: reactor technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reactor technology, namely to bubble-gas-liquid reactors, and can be used in chemical and other industries. The bubbling reactor contains a cylindrical vertical body with a lid and a bottom, a tubular heat-transfer surface placed in the body, a gas distributor-bubbler, inlet and outlet fittings for gas and liquid reaction media and for a coolant, hermetically connected to the body wall. The tubular heat transfer surface is made in the form of a spiral coil, the upper and lower turns of which have loop-like bends directed towards the axis of the coil. The gas distributor-bubbler is made in the form of an annular chamber around the inlet connection for the liquid reaction medium and is connected to the inlet connection for the gaseous medium. In the wall of the inlet fitting for the liquid reaction medium, at least two rows of holes for the passage of the gaseous reaction medium from the annular chamber are made, located in its diametrical sections. The upper row of holes of smaller diameter contains more of them, the lower row of holes of larger diameter contains fewer of them.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency, manufacturability of manufacturing, the possibility of transferring large heat fluxes with significant thermal effects of chemical reactions.
