FIELD: public utilities; ecological construction.
SUBSTANCE: biological treatment of domestic and other wastewater of small volumes close to them in composition with a high unevenness of incoming pollution. The plant for biological wastewater treatment of circulation type includes a bioreactor in the form of a channel closed along the contour with a pneumatic aeration system located in it, connected by air ducts to blower equipment with adjustable air supply, a submersible mixer with an electric motor with frequency control, a dispersed sewage inlet unit, a concentration control system for dissolved oxygen and longitudinal recirculation flow rate, a built-in two-section final clarifier, consisting of a semi-submersible baffle, the first section with two zones for collecting and compacting activated sludge, ending with outlet openings to the bioreactor, the second section with a pit to which the sludge pump is connected, as well as from the collection system and disposal of treated waste water. The bioreactor consists of aerobic and anoxic zones. The height of the final clarifier is 1/3 of the depth of the bioreactor channel, the total area of the final clarifier is no more than 21% of the total area of the bioreactor tunnel, and the size of the openings in the bioreactor is no more than 15% of the width of the bioreactor tunnel.
EFFECT: providing treatment of wastewater of small volumes with deep removal of nitrogen compounds at reduced costs for aeration, development of flow charts for wastewater treatment for medium and large volumes.
