SUBSTANCE: teeth or their roots are removed, the socket is treated, the implant is introduced and fixed in the dental socket by installing a screw implant in a pre-formed bone bed in the bottom of the dental socket, then the free space between the implant and the socket wall is filled with a bone graft, the surgical wound is closed. At that, a full-thickness flap is peeled off from the hard palate in the projection of the roots of the teeth of the chewing group, 1.5-2 mm wider than the defect, and 18-20 mm long and divided into two parts. One part of the flap is placed over the defect and fixed to the inner surface of the vestibular gum, and the second part of the flap is lapped in a T-shape to the first in the mesio-distal direction and fixed. A bone graft is placed between the implant and the flap, a temporary crown is placed on the graft, a fragmented composite mouth guard is placed on the donor zone.

EFFECT: allows to improve implant integration, shorten the treatment time and improve the aesthetic and functional results of treatment.
