FIELD: process of electrochemical production of anode oxidation products of alkali metal chloride solution, possibly used for disinfecting and sterilizing different objects.
SUBSTANCE: method is realized in diaphragm-type electrochemical reactor whose electrodes are separated by means of fine-pore diaphragm by anode and cathode chambers. Initial solution of alkali metal chloride with concentration 10 - 30g/l is fed to anode chamber. Fresh water is fed to cathode chamber by counter -currently or concurrently relative to feed direction of initial solution to anode chamber. Water feed rate exceeds feed rate of initial solution respectively by 10 - 30 and 5 - 15 times. It is possible to separate from water subjected to treatment in cathode chamber its part containing gaseous products of electrolysis and impurities separated at electrolysis. Remained part of said water is mixed with anode oxidation products for producing aqueous solution of oxidants.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of method.
